The staff were super-friendly from arrival to departure. Its location relatively close to a historic marketplace was good. Further, it was close enough to a train station about a 5-7 minutes walk away as well as Japan as a whole.

The lack of natural light in my corner room was a downside. The space itself was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. The separate bathroom spaces were conveniently designed for group travel, though hot water in the tub could've been better.

Rooms feel cramped with permanently placed Western beds!!! AC turns off too frequently!!! Cleaning of cups needs better attention, just rinsed instead of properly cleaned!!! Laundry machines require servicing!!!

unremarkable service

Absolutely loved the 'de-constructed' bathroom design-who knew a sink next to the bed was a thing? Not to mention the horrid dirty fans, clearly nobody cares about dust in their rooms. I was floored when i didn't receive an upgrade for my inconvenience! Couldn't be more disappointed with such unremarkable service.
